Family Connection Newsletter

Family Connection Newsletter (FCN) is a publication of the Fleet and Family Support Program. The Family Connection Newsletter (FCN) is published the first of every month and is used as a monthly information publication for Commander Navy Installations Command’s (CNIC) Sailors and families to promote the self-reliance and resilience. The FCN provides information that can help Navy Sailors and families meet the unique challenges of the military lifestyle. A variety of topics are covered, holiday observations are noted and awareness months occur throughout the year. In those given timelines, a reader can expect to learn about related topics.
