Family Connection Newsletter (FCN) is a publication of the Fleet and Family Support Program. The Family Connection Newsletter (FCN) is published the first of every month and is used as a monthly information publication for Commander Navy Installations Command’s (CNIC) Sailors and families to promote the self-reliance and resilience. The FCN provides information, articles, webinar class schedules, and much more. The FCN is published to help Navy Sailors and families meet the unique challenges of the military lifestyle.
