Ombudsman Basic Training & COT Schedules

Fleet and Family Support Centers are currently offering limited training due to COVID-19 restrictions, however, some centers are offering virtual training operations. Check with your local center by phone or email for specific training status.

eOBT, the online version of Ombudsman Basic Training (OBT), is offered monthly at https://learning.zeiders.refineddata.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Users receiving an NMCI email with hyperlinks will be required to copy and paste the URL from the body of the NMCI email and delete the "https://no-click.mil/?" in order to have an operational hyperlink.
